AMONG FOUR PARTIES
SELLERS OF GOODS
will only deal with fiat currencies. They accept fiat currency as funding against invoice receivables. The invoice payment from the debtor (the buyers of goods) will be first sent to fiat investors on the platform to cover the principals and the interests. The remainder of the payment will be converted to Versara Token (VXR) and distributed automatically to crypto-guarantors and the global cross-collateralization pool by smart contract. This crypto-conversion will occur within the platform and will be compartmentalized from sellers / borrowers.
BUYERS OF GOODS
and freight forwarders will be rewarded with VXR for verifying invoice authenticity and providing proof of shipment.
will have the opportunity to collateralize asset pools using VXR, BTC, ETH and Stellar. They will “invest” in these pools, collateralizing them up to 20% of total principal, and will be rewarded with VXR for the credit protection they offer. Crypto-guarantors will only deal with cryptocurrencies.
will be primarily traditional financial institutions and will only deal with fiat currencies as a traditional investor would. In the event of a default, they can choose to either accept cryptocurrencies from crypto-guarantors directly to cover their loss, or fiat currency (as converted from cryptocurrency by a third party).
